SKANDAL VOLKSWAGEN 11 JUTA KERETA


Bila cerita pasal skandal kereta ni automatik mindset kita akan cakap, "Wow! Ini pasti pasal Proton ni..." Walhal sebenarnya diluar sana banyak syarikat pengeluar kereta gergasi yang kita sanjung selama ini, yang kita idamkan selama ini rupanya banyak juga skandal mengenai penglibatan mereka. Begitu juga masalah kerosakan pada enjin, sebelum ni kita dengar berita mengenai Honda Malaysia Panggil Semula City 2014 dan Jazz 2015.


Berikut adalah sedikit petikan yang diambil dari laman sesawang Astro Awani berkenaan skandal terbaru melibatkan kumpulan Volkswagen.

DAKWAAN penipuan ujian pelepasan toksik kereta keluaran kumpulan Volkswagen AG melibatkan sekitar 11 juta unit yang menggunakan enjin jenis EA 189.

Dalam satu kenyataan terbaharu yang dikeluarkan Volkswagen, syarikat Jerman itu turut menegaskan model baharu yang menggunakan enijn diesel EU6 yang kini berada di pasaran mematuhi peraturan standard alam sekitar Eropah.

Berikut pengumuman terbaharu itu, saham Volkswagen menjunam lebih 20% lagi pada Selasa.
Syarikat pembuat kereta Jerman itu turut mengumumkan simpanan dana sekitar AS$7.3 bilion untuk melindunginya akibat kejatuhan berikutan skandal yang menjejaskan reputasi Volkswagen.

Skandal penipuan Volkswagen terhadap ujian pelepasan toksik yang dijalankan Agensi Perlindungan Alam Sekitar Amerika Syarikat (EPA) didedahkan Jumaat lalu.

EPA mendakwa Volkswagen menggunakan sebuah perisian kereta diesel yang memperdaya pengawal selia pengukur pelepasan toksik.

Namun Volkswagen menegaskan perisian yang dibina pada kereta diesel itu tidak memberi kesan kepada kawalan, penggunaan minyak dan juga pengeluaran asap.

Pihak berkuasa Amerika juga mengarahkan Volkswagen memanggil semula hampir setengah juta kereta yang terlibat.

482,000 model kereta yang terlibat termasuk Volkswagen Golf (2009-2015), Beetle, Jetta and Beetle, Volkswagen Passat (2014-2015) and Audi A3 (2009-2015).
Volkswagen AG memiliki beberapa jenama kenderaan ternama di dunia termasuk Audi, Seat, Skoda, Bentley, Bugatti, Porsche dan Lamborghini.

KERETA IMPORT JUGA 'LEMAU'


Pelik tapi benar! Ajaib bagaimana bahagian penyambung antara roda bahagian belakang boleh berputar dan tercabut seperti dalam gambar diatas?

Inilah hakikatnya tak semua kereta buatan luar negara baik dan utuh seperti yang selalu diperkatakan oleh sebilangan pengguna. Pendek kata tak semua kereta buatan luar negara itu bagus dan tidak semestinya kereta buatan nasional itu tidak bagus.

Bagi saya pengalaman yang membezakan mereka. Mungkin telah sekian lama mencebur diri dalam bidang permotoran membuatkan mereka lebih maju dari kita. Siapa tahu suatu hari nanti produk keluaran tempatan juga akan mampu bersaing dengan produk buatan luar negara.

VOLKSWAGEN GOLF GTI LEBIH SPORTY!

Gambar Volkswagen Golf baru dengan gaya yang lebih menawan dilengkapi dengan lampu xenon dan mampu memecut dengan baik.

Ianya dipadatkan dengan enjin yang boleh mencapai 200 hp dan 260Nm Tork dengan menggunakan enjin TSL 2.0 nya.


Rim 18 inch dengan rekaan seperti corak berbunga serta dipadankan dengan cover brake berwarna merah.

Lampu xenon yang menarik perhatian apabila memakainya. Tampak lebih garang! Mungkin berharga dalam lingkungan RM 200+ ribu...~

VOLKSWAGEN GOLF R CABRIO BARU!

Buat semua peminat kereta keluaran Volkswagen VW. Model Volkswagen Golf R Cabrio ini masih belum lagi diputuskan oleh pihak pengeluar samada ianya akan dipasarkan ataupun tidak. Menurut sumber, ianya akan dipasarkan bergantung kepada respon daripada masyarakat. Rekaan ini boleh tahan juga berbanding Volkswagen Golf yang lama.

VOLKSWAGEN XL1 YANG PELIK


Kereta pelik? Sebab apa aku kata kereta ni pelik adalah kerana rekaan dibahagian roda belakang bertutup sepenuhnya. Jadi, kereta ini nampak seolah cacat tapi ia sebenarnya menerapkan ciri kelainan dari rekaan sebelumnya. Mungkin ini adalah transformasi baru dalam dunia automotive yang dilakukan oleh Volkswagen. Ianya adalah model XL1 oleh Volkswagen.

VW TOUAREG BARU COMING SOON

This second-generation Volkswagen Touareg was spotted at a petrol station along Jalan Gasing in PJ. As the number plate has the square block letters/numbers typical of Volkswagen Group Malaysia cars and the holder has the “Volkswagen Das Auto” mark on it, this car has to be from the official source. A call to VGM confirmed that it is indeed their car and that Touareg sales will start next year.

There’s plenty of good news. The new Touareg will be priced the same as the outgoing model at RM437,283 OTR without insurance, but the equipment list will be much more comprehensive. We will get Volkswagen’s Area View system, which provides a 360 degree top view of the car’s surroundings, courtesy of cameras in the front, rear and at each wing mirror. The feed is then “stiched” together to aid parking and driving in tight situations. There will also be navigation and an electric tailgate, among other kit.

We will get a single variant, which is the 3.6-litre FSI V6, although VGM has plans to bring in the Touareg Hybrid at a later date. This 280 PS/360 Nm engine will be paired to an 8-speed torque converter automatic ‘box with paddle shifters. Kerb weight is 2103 kg, and spec for spec, this new model is 200 kg lighter than the old car, despite not using the latter’s plastic fenders and aluminium bonnet. 0-100 km/h is done in 7.8 seconds on to a 228 km/h top speed so this is a fast SUV.

Volkswagen Vetta 2011

Volkswagen has pulled the wraps off the 2011 Volkswagen Jetta, which is the sedan version of the Mk6 Golf hatchback. The Jetta, which received an American premiere at NYC’s Times Square will be priced from around $16,000, which is lower than the base price of its predecessor and should see it go head on with the Chevrolet Cruze and Ford Focus sedan in the US. The launch tagline is “great, for the price of good.”

VW has high hopes for the Jetta in the US, which is understandable as the car is said to offer best in class rear legroom, a premium interior and a driving experience from the class above. “The 2011 Jetta is a class-up driving experience with the kind of styling, design and power under the hood normally found in more expensive luxury cars. At an extremely attractive price, this car is sophisticated, fun to drive and practical,” gushed Stefan Jacoby, CEO of Volkswagen America.

As with all new models, the Jetta has grown from the Mk5 Golf based car. Width and height are unchanged, but the new car is longer by 86 mm to make 4.64 metres. The familiar Golf 2,578 mm wheelbase has been extended to 2,650 mm for this application. Not so much a luxury as a must, as classmates like the Honda Civic have set the benchmark at 2,700 mm.

In terms of looks, the Jetta wears VW’s latest design theme with sharp lines and clean surfaces. They call it “timeless elegance and dynamic styling”, we say it’s a very good hatchback-to-sedan conversion and a handsome car, if a little conservative. But that’s what people love and expect from VW; those looking for bold, avantgarde design will have to look elsewhere. Accurately previewed by the Detroit 2010 NCC show car, notable design cues include the gloss black long grille, well defined but not aggressive wheelarches and the prominent shoulder line or “tornado line” in VW speak. Rims can be up to 18 inches in size.

Inside, most will think that the Jetta’s dash is lifted straight from the Golf; it looks so, but that’s not the case. Although the layout is familiar, the main dash moulding is squarer in the Jetta. Here, the instrument binnacle hood “flows” into the centre stack while the Golf’s is independent. The air vents in the Jetta are rectangular. VW has also moved the wing mirror controls back to the door panel, which is less intuitive than in the Golf. Like the C-segment hatch benchmark, material build quality should be top notch.

North American Jettas will come with four engines, including a 2.0 TDI Clean Diesel with 320 Nm, good for 0-60 mph (0-96 km/h) in 8.7 seconds. The others are a 2.0, 2.5 R5 (5-pot diesel) and the 2.0 TSI. All engines will come with a manual as standard, but a six-speed auto is an option. The 2.0 TDI and TSI can be had with a 6-speed DSG.
