Proton has confirmed the production of the turbocharged engine this year and from Proton staff source of info, they probably going to launch it in October 2010. Here is some of the Campro Turbo videos of one of the turbocharged campro engine dyno test from youtube user from camproturbo club which has a good result of 1.6 campro engine with turbocharge system that is 183 horsepower hp and 262Nm torque with 0.68 boost.
I think Proton can archive more with Proton Campro Turbo!
